Sitarion by Soundiron is a comprehensive virtual electric sitar library for Kontakt, designed to combine traditional sitar characteristics with modern recording and scripting techniques. This library features detailed samples of a custom sitar built by luthier Sanjay Rikhi Ram Sharma, played by Chithrinie Nirupama. It includes a vast array of multi-samples and live performance phrases, making it a versatile tool for composers and sound designers.

The library also includes a customizable arpeggiator and a key/scale lock system for easy melodic composition. It requires the full retail version of Native Instruments Kontakt 6.2.2 or later and is not compatible with the free Kontakt Player.
