HMS EXB02 is a set of two ankle belts and 4 pieces of rubber ropes, using their combinations the load is set. The EXB02 set is used, for example, during the training of strokes with a sparring partner, when it is necessary to dodge, the expander attached to the ankles strengthens the leg muscles, improves stability and also helps to build a firmer stance in which the stroke has more energy.

The individual expanders can also be used as an alternative to resistance rubbers with a length of 40 and 45 centimeters.
