Nano Flex 3G fabric is the result of a decade of development. It's our best all-around fabric for winter tights: warm, stretchy, luxuriously soft, highly breathable and on top of that it features our proprietary third generation of nanotechnology water-repellent finish. While other companies are using simple chemical water-repellent finishes, we create a nanotechnology mechanical repellency to enhance a chemical DWR finish. You stay drier and more comfortable.

Even though this tight features our latest water-repellency technology, don't think of it as just a niche rain tight. The fabric makes for a great dry-weather tight, and the reduced-seam anatomical cut makes it extremely comfortable. We use the pro-level KISS Air2 Donna seat pad along with a mesh bib and zippered ankles.

KISS AIR

• A stretchy, soft skin-care layer provides total freedom of movement with minimum bulk. Dual density and infinitely variable thickness foam gives you the perfect cushioning for every part of the pad.

NANO FLEX FABRIC

• Exclusively engineered by Castelli. We take our thermal fleecy stretch Thermoflex fabric and coat it with millions of tiny nanofilaments to create the most water-repellent fabric finish ever. Drops of water stay as spherical balls on top of the fabric or bounce off the fabric without leaving a trace.

Material composition:

• Base material: 85 % polyamide, 15 % elastane
• Underpants: 57 % fiberglass, 43 % polyurethane
